Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was enraged, accusing Boebert of being uninterested in the actual spirit of Christmas.
The left is completely enamored with firearms. They believe Republicans are in charge. Democrats, on the other hand, appear to believe that firearms are fundamentally bad, that they will roam around and commit crimes on their own.
When Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) shared a photo of his family holding firearms in front of the Christmas tree, some people were outraged.
Merry Christmas! đ

Then Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) offered him support with a picture of her own family.
The Boeberts have your six, @RepThomasMassie!

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was enraged, accusing Boebert of being uninterested in the actual spirit of Christmas. She and Boebert have been squabbling recently.
Tell me again where Christ said âuse the commemoration of my birth to flex violent weapons for personal political gainâ?

lol @ all the years Republicans spent on cultural hysteria of society âerasing Christmas and itâs meaningâ when theyâre doing that fine all on their own https://t.co/TOKE1SmY4C
âTell me again where Christ said âuse the commemoration of my birth to flex violent weapons for personal political gainâ? lol @ all the years Republicans spent on cultural hysteria of society âerasing Christmas and itâs meaningâ when theyâre doing that fine all on their own,â AOC claimed. âWhen you pose in front of a Christmas Tree and can name all those guns but canât name the gifts of the Wise Men,â she continued.
She's completely out of her head.
First and foremost, she must correct her grammar. It is "its," not "it's," that is the possessive. "It's" means "it is."
Second, based on what I've seen, those guns aren't really lethal. I understand that Democrats believe that firearms will spontaneously assault you. However, in order to accomplish something terrible, you must have a bad actor on your side. Guns, like any other instrument, may be used for good or for evil, depending on how they are employed. They are always employed in a safe and non-violent manner. She doesn't seem to get what I'm saying.
Third, I believe AOC has completely misunderstood what Christmas is all about. It's about a lot of things, but it's not about being nasty and petty and going after your coworkers because they think differently than you. It's amusing that she's attempting to explain what Christmas is when the concept appears to have slipped right by her. It's funny how Democrats only appear to talk about or care about Christian issues when they believe it will help them advance their political agenda. Hint? It isn't the case. And I have a feeling she has no idea what the Boebert family knows or doesn't know about the Wise Men.
Fourth, I believe she shouldn't be posing as a member of Congress if she doesn't appear to grasp the First or Second Amendments, which are both parts of the Constitution that she is pledged to protect.
Finally, if she was less concerned with being a harpy about her neighbor and more concerned with the actual problems that Americans face, she could accept the fact of the smash-and-grab robbery wave that she denies exists. But she won't accept it because it would reflect poorly on the policies she favors, which all favor releasing criminals onto the streets, such as no bail legislation and lowering the punishment for stealing.
