Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are more than just "twin flames" -- they're also total trendsetters. Ever since they began dating in the spring of 2020, the couple have been inseparable, and in perfect style sync to boot.

"He's such a flamboyant dresser. I can't really pull off just the sweatpants and the yoga gear. I have to, like, elevate myself to his level," Fox recently gushed of her rocker beau. "He's always covered in grommets, zippers, sequins, everything's pink, everything's glowing ... I have to match what he's doing."

The duo coordinated their going-out looks from the get-go. At MGK's album release party in September 2020, Megan played off his pink graffiti getup with a bubblegum-hued Marc Jacobs bag ($295).

The couple made their red carpet debut at the 2020 AMAs in November, with Machine Gun Kelly picking a plunging white Balmain look and Megan opting for a deep green Azzi & Osta top and skirt. Tying their outfits together? Matching neon nail art and pearl necklaces.

Ahead of his "SNL" appearance in January 2021, MGK donned denim and a starry sweater in the exact same shade as his lady love's red lip. And how about that snakeskin-print LaQuan Smith look on Megan?

In April 2021, the two stepped out in slick coordinating trench coats -- pale pink for her, glossy black for him.

Later that month, the two lovebirds piled on matching blue plaid pieces for a romantic dinner date in Santa Monica.

To celebrate MGK's birthday at the end of April, the stars chose chic contrasting black and white looks. Megan paired a cutout top by Danielle Guizio with leather pants by The Mannei, while her man wore a sequined and pearl-studded pullover with graphic trousers in the same shade.

And they really upped the ante when Megan's big day rolled around in May. The birthday girl went bold in a red Alex Perry pantsuit styled with a matching bra, while MGK incorporated the same hot hue with his shoelaces and ombré turtleneck.

Who could forget the dress that broke the internet? Megan stole the show at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards in May, dressed in a sheer cutout Mugler number with a cleavage-framing crisscrossed neckline. While MGK rightfully stood back to let his girlfriend shine, his unbuttoned Balmain tux ensured he showed off some skin, too -- not to mention his many, many tattoos.

The following week, the couple brought pops of hot pink to the iHeartRadio Music Awards; Megan with her Barbie-worthy Mach & Mach bustier and pants, Machine Gun Kelly with his socks, lapel accents and razor-sharp manicure.
