Accessibly priced (everything’s under $100) and size inclusive (offerings are available in XS through XXL), the Cara Santana Collection launched earlier this summer and features sexy slip dresses and camisoles, statement-making sheer organza trenches, classic plaid separates and more.
In line with her label’s feminist messaging, the 35-year-old star chose to name each piece after microaggressive phrases women often hear; “can you calm down,” “so much prettier when you smile,” “toughen up” and so on.
Plus, 10 percent of the profits are going to Step Up, a nonprofit empowering young women in underserved communities to realize their full professional potential.
