What a gem! With her new jewelry collection out, Jane Seymour decided to open up exclusively to Us Weekly with 25 things you might not know about her — including her claim to fame, greatest passions and favorite hobbies. Read on to learn more about the legendary actress.

1. I was born with flat feet and a speech impediment. I went on to dance with the Kirov Ballet and become an actress who specialized in playing Americans who roll their R’s.

2. My real name is Joyce Penelope Wilhelmina Frankenberg.

3. I worked as an auxiliary nurse in a hospital at the age of 6. By 10, I was watching surgeries.

4. As a child, I loved ant farms, beehives and tadpoles.

5. Most people don’t know that I am a successful furniture designer. My line with Michael Amini is one of the top selling brands in the Middle East.

6. I was useless [in] P.E. I could only climb a rope.

7. I loved science so much that I had my own microscope at 7 years old.

8. My first boyfriend and I bonded over stamp collecting.

9. I hated prawns growing up but loved to catch them. Now they’re my favorite.

10. I went to Hungary by myself at age 12 to stay with another family. I was offered a place in the Hungarian National Ballet, but it was still a communist country at the time and my parents said no.

11. I designed the Open Hearts necklace and conceptualized its message [for my partnership] with JTV. It’s truly been one of the most satisfying and meaningful ventures I have ever done

12. I love scuba diving and snorkeling through coral reefs.

13. I hate people who drive too fast. [I’m] definitely a backseat driver.

14. I fly-fish enthusiastically — but not very well.

15. In a celebrity golf tournament, I once hit an impossible sand shot which happened to go in the hole. It’s my claim to fame.

16. I’m always terrified on the first day of filming, but only until the first shot is done.

17. When I was young I craved pickles, not chocolate.

18. Art has always been a passion. [I] love painting, sculpting and designing.

19. I’d like to try to make the world a better place with [my nonprofit] Open Hearts Foundation and volunteer program. I hope to see more peace, equality and compassion in my lifetime.

20. I lost my first film role because my eyes were two colors. My agent responded by saying, “One day you will be famous for having different colored eyes.”

21. I started my own company at age 15 by embroidering sheer blouses with blue tits and great tits, which are common birds to England.

22. I used to make my own clothes and wore vintage long before it was cool.

23. I speak French, Dutch and random phrases of Spanish, German, Italian and Hungarian. I understand better than I speak, so watch out in elevators.

24. I love comedy because I am actually pretty goofy.

25. I was not popular in school; I was a loner.

Seymour’s new jewelry collection is available on jtv.com

When it comes to her life, Dorit Kemsley isn’t afraid to speak her mind!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who recently collaborated with Nektaria on a bridal gown collection, exclusively opened up to Us Weekly with 25 things you might not know about her — including her biggest Housewives regret, secret talents and guilty pleasure. Watch the video above (or keep scrolling!) to learn more about the 44-year-old fashion designer.

1. I really don’t like to eat sweet potatoes.

2. My mother was born in Tangier. My father is from Israel.

3. I’ve visited Israel a handful of times. My favorite memory is when we took a [big] family trip there when I was about 8. We covered everything. It was a magical summer.

4. My first job was babysitting.

5. One thing I learned about myself in quarantine is that I enjoy being at home more than I thought I did.

Dorit Kemsley Courtesy of Dorit Kemsley

6. When I was a kid, I wanted to be a cowgirl. And then when I realized you can’t make any money as [one], I wanted to be a lawyer. I had an obsession with Divorce Court.

7. My guilty pleasure is shopping.

8. The [most] extravagant thing I’ve bought recently is a vintage black and white diamond Cartier necklace.

9. My biggest fear is [something bad] happening to my children [Jagger, 7, and Phoenix, 5] or to my husband [PK Kemsley].

10. The best concert I’ve ever been to was Culture Club at the Greek Theatre [in L.A. with] the Housewives. Gladys Knight made an appearance.

11. My biggest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regret is definitely pantygate with Erika [Jayne].

12. My college experience was studying and working — not partying.

13. My favorite memory with Boy George is him teaching Jagger to crawl.

14. I had a crush on Jean-Claude Van Damme growing up. His [movie posters] were my most prized possessions.

15. I speak Spanish, Hebrew and Italian.

16. If I didn’t live in California, I would live in New York City.

17. My favorite thing to do in NYC is going out to eat and [seeing] a Broadway show.

18. I [played] the piano when I was younger.

19. My first car was a black Honda Accord; I named it Mario. [I’d] drive around with my girlfriends blasting music [with] the sunroof open.

20. My father was a big animal lover. We had a monkey [growing up, but] he was a challenge for my mother, so we didn’t have him for long.

21. I love to cook.

22. I’d like to think that I’m a good dancer, but I’m not sure everyone would agree.

23. [However], I was a very good breakdancer when I was younger.

4. The first album I owned was by Wild Cherry.

5. I love to play tennis and have been taking lessons forever (although I am definitely a better spectator).

6. When I first met my husband, Manny, I lied about my shoe size. He was sweet and gifted me a pair of 7.5’s. I am a size 9!

7. Bobby Brown was my first concert.

8. We have a weekly family game night. My [favorite] is Clue.

9. I am crushed that the Duke of Hastings in Bridgerton won’t be returning for season 2.

11. I love the beach, but I can’t really swim.

12. My dream is to live on a farm.

13. When Kamala Harris was elected [vice president] I was ugly-cry sobbing in my kitchen. My daughter [Paloma] walked in and asked what was wrong. When I told her who was chosen, she put on “All I Do is Win” by DJ Khaled and started dancing on the countertop.

24. My son is a daredevil who skydives, bungee jumps and zip lines for fun. And I’m terrified for him.

You name it, Vanessa Lachey has it. “Keep in mind, I am a mom of three,” notes the TV personality, who shares Camden, 8, Brooklyn, 6, and Phoenix, 4, with hubby Nick Lachey. “Whenever Nick grabs [my purse], he’s like, ‘What do you have in here?!’ I’m like, ‘Everything!’”

Watch the video above and keep scrolling to learn what Vanessa, 40, carries in her Givenchy bag.

Case in Point
“I like pouches because things get lost in [my] bag. The Mrs. Lachey [one] is my mommy pouch. There’s extra masks for each kid, crayons with paper, cars, a fingerboard — anything to keep them busy.”

Take Note
“Because I have so many things going on, I have a notebook. I write things that I need to do or remember, and then cross them out. This list keeps me sane.”

Shana Novak

Plain and Simple
“My little Chanel wallet [is great] because I can put it in a clutch or in my Vanessa pouch. I [like to keep] things simplistic.”

Say Cheese
“There’s always three snacks — Simply Cheetos are Brooklyn’s favorites. Camden can open his [pack on his own], Phoenix needs help and Brooklyn’s working on it.”

On Call
“I always carry a Total Wireless card. This is great for when we’re traveling.”

What else is inside Vanessa’s bag? Jaanuu masks; two prepackaged black masks; an iPhone in a personalized Mark and Graham case; Aquaphor; a copy of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter; a copy of The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle; Little Pim board books; a camo-style pouch; tissues; Wet Ones; Purell packets; LivOn Laboratories Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C packets; animal floss sticks; hair ties; pen; orange highlighter; Lego blocks; Band-Aids and Neosporin.

Whitney Port is just like Us! Like many working mothers out there, the reality star, 36, is always trying to balance her family life with her professional commitments — while also making time for herself. Fortunately, she’s got it down pat!

Every morning — before she records a new episode of her “With Whit” podcast and works on new styles for her Cozeco loungewear brand — Port enjoys spending time with her 3-year-old, Sonny, who she shares with husband Tim Rosenman.

“If I am really on my mom game, Sonny and I will play some educational games,” the Hills: New Beginnings star exclusively says in the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now). “Pretty sure he’s extremely advanced.”

The two also “try to work out” together, the City alum adds, noting that she loves doing yoga with him.

As Port has previously mentioned, she has been wanting to expand her family for a very long time.

Just one month before revealing in January that she tragically suffered her second miscarriage, the TV personality exclusively told Us she wanted Sonny to have a younger sibling to interact with.

“It just feels like there’s someone missing,” she admitted. “He’s definitely in the phase where he wants a buddy. He wants to play. He wants to help. He wants to be involved. So, it would be a good age gap.”

While the first part of her day is jam-packed with mother-son activities, the second half is dedicated to business and focusing on herself.

According to Port, there’s nothing better than ending the day with a glass of wine. “As soon as the sun starts to set, I get in my sexiest PJs and start drinking,” she says.

Living a healthy lifestyle is important to Camila Alves. Between her family obligations and work duties, the model always likes to make sure she’s nourishing her body and mind every day.

“Exercise and movement is something that I depend on,” Alves, 39, exclusively tells Us Weekly, noting that she enjoys doing Pilates with her husband Matthew McConaughey’s 89-year-old mother, Kay, who lives with them. “[It] sets [me] into gear for the week.”

While managing her diet, the Women of Today blogger also likes to set a good example for her children: Levi, 12, Vida, 11, and Livingston, 8.

“One of my favorite things to do [is] cook,” says Alves, so she can “learn and share how to make better choices with small sustainable changes.”

So usually in the morning, “the kids ether make their own or help make breakfast,” she reveals. “It’s [crucial] that my family starts off the day right with a healthy and balanced [meal].”

For dinner, Alves always ensures she cooks with a veggie from her homegrown garden.

“I am a daughter of a farmer,” she explains, “so having my kids exposed to that relationship with Mother Nature and food is super important for me! They get to see the whole cycle from a seed to the table.”

When it comes to her daily self-care routine, Alves likes to take a few minutes out of her day to “focus on my beauty routine from the inside out.”

“I add Natural Vitality Calm to my tea, which relaxes me from the day and sets my mind for a good night’s sleep,” says the lifestyle guru. “I [also] take NeoCell’s Super Collagen Peptides to get my daily dose of collagen to boost my hair, skin and nails.”

Start spreading the news! Peter Weber has been loving his life in New York City since making the move in January.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now, the former Bachelor, 29, details how he’s been spending his time on the East Coast — and judging by the photos (see below), he looks like he’s having a blast!

According to the pilot, his days involve everything from taking walks in the park with his beloved dog, Tripp, and spending time with family and friends to working out and eating right.

Weber has also been keeping busy recording “Bachelors in the City,” a new podcast about dating in the Big Apple that he and his fellow Bachelorette costar Dustin Kendrick have been recording.

“When Dustin moved in with me here in the city a couple months ago … we thought, you know, it’d be kind of cool to share our experiences with our following and just talk about why we love the city so much,” the TV personality exclusively told Us on Friday, April 2, announcing the news. “This is a really fun city … there’s a good sense of optimism that you’re going to meet someone. And, you know, me personally, I’m not seriously dating at all, but just meeting people and having a good time and building my community. That’s what I’m doing right now.”

As Us previously reported, Weber initially planned to move to Manhattan with ex-girlfriend Kelley Flanagan before their December split. But since Kendrick also relocated, he’s been loving having him as a roommate.

“Honestly it was a blessing. I got super lucky,” he added. “Sometimes in life it’s just like, things happen for a reason. You don’t really see it in the moment, but obviously it was a tough time for me … I remember the first couple of weeks I was here, I was a little lonely in the apartment and didn’t know anyone, and it was completely unfurnished. I was like, ‘What am I going to do now?’ It was a tough moment, but I got through it and Dustin’s an amazing friend.”

Keep scrolling to see how Weber spends his day.

Even though she’s retired, tennis champ Maria Sharapova is busier than ever!

Speaking to Us Weekly, the former athlete, 33, revealed that a typical day in her life involves doing everything from building her business brand to making time for herself.

Since officially retiring in February 2020, Sharapova — who had played tennis professionally for nearly 30 years — has been putting most of her focus on her candy company, Sugarpova, which she launched in 2012.

But when she’s not on Zoom calls or coming up with new flavors for the next line, the entrepreneur likes to practice all forms of self-care.

No matter what, Sharapova enjoys staying active. “My favorite way to start the day [is with] a quick stretch and a few core moves,” she says, noting that later on, she does a full workout too.

Taking care of her mental health is an important part of her daily routine as well. “Reading has been my meditation lately,” says the Russia native. “[It] is my go-to when working creatively.”

And while her first year of retirement was spent mostly indoors due to the coronavirus pandemic, Sharapova — who got engaged to longtime love, British businessman Alexander Gilkes, in December — was able to pursue other interests, such as art and architecture, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

“There’s nothing I will know better [than tennis],” she said in an episode of Bethenny Frankel‘s “Just B” podcast in January. “But I’m also happy to put it aside, and say that this was an incredibly beautiful chapter of my life, and there are other things to come.”

Olivia Newton-John and Chloe Lattanzi have a bond like none other. Between catching up over a freshly brewed cup of tea or feeding farm animals on the actress’ sprawling California ranch, the mother-daughter duo love spending a lot of time with each other. Things are so much fun for Newton-John and Lattanzi, they even let Us Weekly tag along for a typical day in their life!

Recently, the two were fortunate to team up together to record their new duet, “Window in the Wall.” To be able to work together “was special,” the Grease alum, 72, recently told Us Weekly. “This song was different because Chloe was singing in my genre and the last time we recorded together [in 2019] … I sang in her kind of younger genre and now she had to sing in a more different way. So we had a lot of fun doing it.”

Lattanzi, 35, however, found the process a bit more nerve-wracking than her beloved mom. “When we went into the studio for the first take, I was so nervous that I kind of broke down, and I said, ‘Mom, I’m so sorry, but I need you to leave’ … because I was so nervous to sing in front of her,” she chimed in, but at the end, “it was all smooth … the nerves went away.

And, like every parent-child relationship, there were times of bickering. “We disagree all the time on things,” Lattanzi chimed in. “I think … we’re very different artists, but … where we do really well is, when we sing together. I think that we push each other to do things that we wouldn’t normally do. And then thank each other afterward.”
