Change of plans! Thomas Rhett brought his mother, Paige Lankford, to the 2021 Country Music Association Awards on Wednesday, November 10, as his pregnant wife, Lauren Akins, stayed home.

“My beautiful date tonight! MOM!! #CMAawards,” Rhett captioned a snap with his mother via Instagram.

The singer was on hand to perform “Country Again” as Lauren prepared to give birth to their fourth child.

In May, the “Make Me Wanna” singer, 31, and his spouse, 32, announced that they were expecting their fourth child, another little girl. The couple also share daughters Willa, 6, Ada, 4, and Lennon, 21 months.

“Well… we are pregnant again!” the Grammy nominee wrote via Instagram after breaking the news at a concert in Texas. “Tonight when I was on stage in Fort Worth about to play ‘to the guys that date my girls’ my wife talked to me in my (ear monitors) and said ‘you can tell them if you want’ so anyways, now you know. We are pumped to be having our 4th girl. Feel free to buy all the merch you want, knowing that all the proceeds are going straight to all these weddings I’ll be paying for one day!”

Earlier this month, the country superstar said during an Instagram Q&A session that he and Akins haven’t ruled out having more children in the future. When one follower asked if the duo are planning on having any more kids, Rhett replied, “Probably! Haha.”

The “Slow Down Summer” was only nominated for one award at Wednesday’s ceremony, but it was a big one: Male Vocalist of the Year. Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton, Dierks Bentley and Eric Church rounded out the category, with the trophy going to TKTKTK WINNER.

Rhett has previously won two CMA Awards, taking home the prize for Song of the Year in 2016 and Music Video of the Year in 2018 for “Die a Happy Man” and “Marry Me,” respectively. His next album, Where We Started, is due out in early 2022.

Earlier this year, he released Country Again: Side A, part one of a double album that he largely wrote and recorded during the coronavirus pandemic. The second half of the project, Country Again: Side B, is slated for release in late 2022.

Speaking about Country Again in April, Rhett said that his family played a huge role in helping him finish the album. “I think my wife, my kids and my immediate family are my greatest assets when it comes to picking songs,” he told E! News. “Family is the one who is going to tell you if the song sucks or not. In a roundabout way, my family was the one who picked the majority of these songs on this record.”

After the storm. Christine Brown may be thriving after her split from husband Kody Brown, but now her fellow sister wives are dealing with the aftermath of her departure.

Robyn Brown, who joined the polygamous family in May 2010 as Kody’s fourth wife, is particularly feeling the sting, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly, adding, “She secretly knows that she’s the one to blame for the separation, so obviously there’s some guilt there.”

As the most recent addition to the Brown clan, Robyn, 43, has dealt with her fair share of drama over the years. When Kody, 52, began courting her over a decade ago, his other wives didn’t hold back about their frustration with the new arrangement.

“I don’t wanna be a boat rocker, and I don’t like my boat rocked,” Christine, 49, said during a season 1 episode of Sister Wives in 2010. “I’m a little hesitant to accept another wife. But if it happens, then she just has to be absolutely amazing. Otherwise, it might be a little difficult.”

When Robyn joined the family, she became Kody’s first new wife in 16 years. He married Meri Brown in 1990, Janelle Brown in 1993 and Christine in 1994. Because polygamy is not legal in the United States, only his union with Meri, 50, was recognized by law.

Robyn’s arrival, however, necessitated a change of plans because Kody wanted to legally adopt her three children from a previous relationship: David, 21, Aurora, 19, and Breanna, 17. To do so, he divorced Meri in September 2014 and officially married Robyn three months later.

Earlier this month, a source told Us that the close relationship between Kody and Robyn was one of the main reasons Christine decided to leave her husband.

“She’s been in the process of leaving him for a while,” the insider explained. “The big reason why she split from him is because Kody has been completed devoted to Robyn for the past five or six years. That hasn’t changed at all.”

Christine announced her split from Kody via Instagram on November 2. “After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave,” she wrote at the time. “We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.”

Kody, for his part, wrote, “Christine’s decision to leave comes with a great deal of sadness. We enjoyed many years together and I have a large amount of respect and admiration for her.”

None of the other sister wives have spoken out about the breakup, but the first source tells Us that Robyn is hopeful that “she and Christine can have some sort of friendship going forward.”

For now, though, Christine seems to be enjoying her time on her own. “I feel like a much better person divorced than I ever did, and life is so great,” she said in a Cameo video she recently recorded for a fan. “It’s a phenomenal world.”

Moving right along. Erika Jayne is still in the midst of a messy split from her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, but that doesn’t mean she’s pessimistic about the future.

“Everything’s good,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 50, said during a Tuesday, November 9, interview with Extra‘s special correspondent (and former Housewife) Teddi Mellencamp. “Life is turning in a positive direction.”

The Pretty Mess author added that it “feels so good to have the season over” after the final segment of RHOBH‘s four-part reunion aired earlier this month. As viewers know, much of season 11 focused on Erika’s split from Tom, 82, and the bankruptcy proceedings for his former law firm, Girardi Keese.

During the reunion, the Dancing With the Stars alum faced a ton of questions from host Andy Cohen about whether she knew anything about her ex’s business dealings. In part three, she finally weighed in on whether she thinks the former lawyer is guilty of misusing funds after nearly one year of silence on the matter.

“It does not look good,” the singer told Cohen, 53. “However, we still need to get to the bottom of it. Only one side of the story has been told. I feel terrible. This is not who I am. And I hope this is not who he is. … I hope that he has not done what is alleged here.”

One month after Erika announced her split from Tom in November 2020, the couple were accused in a lawsuit of embezzling funds meant for the families of plane crash victims. Earlier this year, the trustee handling the bankruptcy accused the reality star of misusing $25 million worth of funds to pay for her credit card bill, glam team, assistants and public relations.

The former Broadway star and her legal team have denied the allegations against her, but that didn’t keep her out of the hot seat during the RHOBH reunion. During part four, which aired on November 3, Erika claimed that she had recently confronted Tom about his legal trouble after months of not taking his calls.

“I’ve asked him how he could put me in this position,” she said. “[I asked], ‘Why would you leave me with millions of dollars of lawsuits pointed at me?’”

The Bravo personality also claimed that Tom, who was diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer’s and dementia earlier this year, is no longer well enough to understand the magnitude of the allegations against him.

“Andy, he doesn’t even acknowledge anything,” she alleged during the episode. “None of it. It doesn’t even matter what he says because he’s incompetent. So I’m left holding the f—king bag.”

The return of the queen? Jessica Simpson hasn’t released much new music lately, but it seems like that’s about to change.

The “Irresistible” singer, 41, teased her Instagram followers with a cryptic post on Tuesday, November 9, that showed her clutching a microphone. The caption read simply, “11.11.”

Fans immediately interpreted the photo as an indication that the Dukes of Hazzard actress is gearing up to release a new single. “Queen Jess is coming,” wrote one Instagram user. “YES!! Praying for a new album!!” added another.

Last year, the Newlyweds alum released a six-song EP that was included in the audiobook version of her memoir, Open Book, but she hasn’t dropped a full-length album since 2010’s Happy Christmas. Her last non-holiday album was 2008’s Do You Know, which also marked her first attempt at crossing over from pop to country.

In her book, which was released in February 2020, the Texas native revealed that she previously struggled with addiction to alcohol and prescription drugs. Earlier this month, she celebrated her four-year anniversary of being sober.

“I can’t believe it has been 4yrs! It feels like maybe 2,” she wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of herself the day she decided to make a change. “I think that is a good thing. Ha. There is so much stigma around the word alcoholism or the label of an alcoholic. The real work that needed to be done in my life was to actually accept failure, pain, brokenness, and self sabotage.”

During promotion for Open Book, she explained that working on music was actually one of the things that helped her decide to quit drinking.

“The music is actually everything that inspired me to get sober and write the book,” she told Entertainment Tonight in February 2020. “Because I realized when I was going down into my studio, even though I was in the comfort of my house, I had to drink to numb the pain that I was about to experience to write.”

Though Simpson has stepped back from her pop career in recent years, she’s kept busy with her fashion line and her family. The “Come on Over” songstress shares Maxwell, 9, Ace, 8, and Birdie 2, with her husband, Eric Johnson, whom she wed in July 2014.

The Employee of the Month star has also been focusing on her own mental and physical health after so many years in the public eye. “It took a long time, but Jessica has finally hit a healthy point in her life where she stopped caring so much about looking perfect,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in May. “Jessica is not into extreme dieting anymore and caring about what a number on the scale says. She’s solely focused on her overall health.”

Recovering her way. Wendy Williams fans are eager for her to return to her signature purple chair, but she won’t do so until she’s feels like she’s totally ready, a source tells Us Weekly exclusively.

“Wendy is making her own decisions as she sees fits,” the insider says of The Wendy Williams Show host, 57, whose recent health struggles have kept her absent from season 13 of the series. “She’s getting better. She’s not getting worse. That’s encouraging.”

The New Jersey native originally pushed back the season 13 premiere date after she tested positive for COVID-19 in September. One week later, the date was delayed again as the Masked Singer alum continued to recover. At that point, the company that produces the show announced that it would premiere on October 18 with guest hosts taking over in Williams’ absence.

In her own statement about her hiatus, the Hold Me in Contempt author said she has every intention of returning to her hosting duties as soon as she feels well enough.

“As everyone knows, my health has been a hot topic,” the Dancing With the Stars veteran wrote in a statement posted via Instagram on Monday, November 8. “I’m making progress but it’s just one of those things that’s taking longer than we expected. I’m a woman of a certain age, and I know enough to listen to my doctors and will return to my purple chair as soon as we all agree I’m ready.”

Williams also thanked the guest hosts “for stepping up and stepping in” during her absence. Celebrities who’ve subbed in so far include Leah Remini, Whitney Cummings and Sherri Shepherd, while Jerry Springer and Bill Bellamy are set to host episodes later in November.

The former Love Triangle host concluded her post by thanking fans for their support as she recovers. “I have heard your prayers and comments and feel all the love!” she wrote. “You are everything to me. I love spending my mornings with you all and I’m doing everything I can to get back to work, but right now Wendy has to focus on Wendy.”

This isn’t the first time the former radio host has taken a break from her talk show. In 2018, Williams took three weeks off after she was diagnosed with Graves’ disease and hyperthyroidism. Two years later, she stepped back again because of fatigue related to her Graves’ disease.

Hanging up her Manolos — for now. Sarah Jessica Parker commemorated her last day as Carrie Bradshaw after finishing filming for And Just Like That.

“This is my last walk for now as Carrie,” the Emmy winner, 56, said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories on Monday, November 8. “Just wrapped. Wow. An adventure and I’m feeling very sentimental, and that’s it.”

HBO announced the Sex and the City revival in January, nearly 17 years after the original series ended its six-season run. In addition to Parker, original cast members Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon will be back as Charlotte York and Miranda Hobbes, respectively, along with actors Chris Noth, Evan Handler, David Eigenberg and Mario Cantone.

The late Willie Garson, who played Carrie’s friend Stanford Blatch, filmed for the new series one month before his death in September. The New Jersey native died at age 57 after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Parker and Garson were friends for 10 years before Sex and the City premiered in June 1998. The White Collar alum appeared throughout all six seasons of the show and starred in the two feature films released in 2008 and 2010.

Before his death, Garson told Us Weekly exclusively that the duo talked “almost every day” despite their busy schedules. “We’re still the closest of friends,” he added.

After news of the actor’s death broke, Parker paid tribute to her friend and costar with a heartfelt Instagram post that included several photos of the pair over the years.

“It’s been unbearable,” the Divorce alum wrote at the time. “Sometimes silence is a statement. Of the gravity. The anguish. The magnitude of the loss of a 30 + year friendship. … Willie. I will miss everything about you. And replay our last moments together. I will re-read every text from your final days and put to pen our last calls. Your absence a crater that I will fill with blessing of these memories and all the ones that are still in recesses yet to surface.”

Cantone, 61, who played Stanford’s eventual husband, Anthony Marentino, also honored his former costar with a moving social media post. “I couldn’t have had a more brilliant TV partner,” the comedian tweeted in September. “I’m devastated and just overwhelmed with Sadness. Taken away from all of us way soon. You were a gift from the gods. Rest my sweet friend. I love you.”

And Just Like That will begin streaming via HBO Max in December.

“So long trailer ! See you next spring 😀,” the Sister Wives star, 52, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, November 7, with a photo of her former home being driven away. “Trailer is headed down to storage for the winter. We decided to find short term housing in town instead of riding out the winter.”

In June, the TLC personality told her Instagram followers that she’d decided to take up the RV lifestyle after having difficulty finding a rental property in Flagstaff, Arizona. Her husband, Kody Brown, moved Janelle and his other wives — Meri Brown, Christine Brown and Robyn Brown — there in 2018.

The Brown family patriarch, 52, originally planned for all of his wives and their 18 children to live in one house on the Coyote Pass property, but the four women turned down that idea and decided to live separately.

Though Janelle is planning to move into town for the winter, she added that she wants to give RV living another shot when it’s warmer outside. “Next year I should be able to plug into infrastructure (i.e. electric, sewer, water),” she explained. “I loved loved loved living out on the land and look forward to next spring.”

The Brown family is in the midst of a major change, with Christine, 49, recently announcing her split from Kody after 25 years of marriage. “After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave,” Christine wrote via Instagram earlier this month. “We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.”

The pair, who tied the knot in March 1994, share children Asypen, 26, Mykelti, 25, Paedon, 23, Gwendlyn, 20, Ysabel, 18, and Truely, 11.

“It’s no shock. She’s been in the process of leaving him for a while,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly of the breakup. “The big reason why she split from him is because Kody has been completely devoted to Robyn for the past five or six years. That hasn’t changed at all.”

Janelle, for her part, remains on steady ground with Kody, even as the family deals with the aftermath of Christine’s departure. “They have a respectful relationship,” the insider explained, noting that the duo have the rapport of “good friends” at this point. “She’s not someone who needs romance. She’s really easygoing and goes with the flow.”

Producers for the long-running series recently let go of the German-born actor, 50, Us Weekly confirms. “His separation from General Hospital was prior to today and was because he declined to comply with the production’s vaccine mandate,” a source told Us on Monday, November 8.

The Alex Cross star has previously been outspoken about his opposition to vaccine requirements, which vary by production. As recently as Sunday, November 7, he shared an Instagram photo of himself with the caption, “I will stand with you to fight for medical freedom,” adding the hashtag “#nomandates.”

The Dancing With the Stars alum also made headlines over the weekend for reposting a transphobic tweet via Instagram on Sunday. The meme included photos of Dr. Rachel Levine, the first transgender person to earn a four-star rank in the United States uniformed services, and newly elected Virginia Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears. “Hello, and welcome to ClownTown, where the dude on the left is an empowering woman, and the woman on the right is a white supremacist,” the caption on the tweet read.

Some of Rademacher’s General Hospital costars quickly criticized him for the post. “I am aware of a transphobic post shared by a fellow General Hospital actor,” Cassandra James, who is transgender, tweeted on Sunday. “Shame on you. You have some serious unlearning and education to do. I feel deeply disappointed that such a public display of ignorance could come from our GH family.”

Nancy Lee Grahn, another General Hospital star, confirmed on Monday that Rademacher is “mercifully” no longer part of the cast. “Transphobia & misgendering are disgusting & should be unacceptable in any industry, including soaps/acting,” the 7th Heaven alum, 65, tweeted. “I stand with my costar, @cassandrajames_, & the trans community.”

After the backlash, Rademacher posted a video on Monday apologizing for not crossing out the word “dude” in the post. “Me personally, I wouldn’t have written it that way,” he said via Instagram. “But the comparison there is just pointing out the hypocrisy of the left-wing media.”

The former Bold and the Beautiful star also apologized to James, 29, in the video. “I think you’re an absolute talent and you’re very beautiful as well,” he said. “I don’t think a transphobic man would say that.” He added that he would address the status of his job on General Hospital at a later date.

His final episode of General Hospital will air on ABC Monday, November 22, TVLine reports.

The Gone Girl actress, 30, wrote about the darker side of fame in the memoir, which was released on Tuesday, November 9. One chapter in particular deals with the aftermath of Robin Thicke‘s “Blurred Lines” music video, which debuted in March 2013.

A passage from that section of the book appeared online last month, but according to the I Feel Pretty star, the essay was leaked.

“It’s been hard for me,” she told Extra of the section, which was originally posted by the Sunday Times of London. “I really like to have control over my image and I wrote this book of essays to share the whole story and all sides of it, and I feel like it turns into a clickbait frenzy and all of a sudden words like ‘sexual assault’ and ‘allegations’ are getting thrown around rather than people reading the actual essay.”

In the chapter, the supermodel claimed that Thicke, 44, groped her while they filmed the controversial video. The Masked Singer judge has not publicly commented on the allegations.

“I had a hard time writing that essay for a bunch of different reasons but ultimately I decided to include it in the book because my experience on the BL set and how I talked about it says so much about the evolution of my beliefs and politics,” Ratajkowski wrote via Instagram in October, explaining why she decided to write about the video nearly a decade later.

“Most of my jobs at that point kinda sucked — I was either shooting e-commerce for online stores where I felt like nothing more than a mannequin or I’d be in lingerie while some middle aged photographs told me to pout. BL was different,” she continued in her Instagram post. “I was surrounded by women I liked and trusted. I had fun on set, being a sexy girl in a music video made me feel hot and cool and powerful. I told the world that the experience was empowering. In many ways it was. You’ll have to read the essay to fully understand the other sides to my experience.”

In the full version of the essay, the In Darkness actress explained why she didn’t initially speak out about what happened on set, adding that the video catapulted her to fame faster than anything she’d done at that point.

Still going strong! Pieper James and Brendan Morais have had their ups and downs since their dramatic turn on Bachelor in Paradise, but fellow Bachelor Nation member Chelsea Vaughn says things have settled down for the duo.

“They’re just living their lives like a normal couple,” the model, 28, told Us Weekly at the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation’s Young Professionals Committee Fall Gala on Friday, November 5. “But she’s doing good, we’re doing good.”

The New York native became close with Pieper, 24, when they were contestants on Matt James‘ season of The Bachelor, which aired in early 2021. They have since remained friendly, appearing together again during season 7 of BiP.

“Pieper and I are good friends,” Chelsea told Us at the gala, hosted by Dale Moss at the Classic Car Club of Manhattan. “It’s not a secret, and I’ve told her everything I need to tell her personally. But she’s doing well. [She] and I have been out in New York and we’re always trying to move past Bachelor in Paradise and live our normal, happy lives.”

The Oregon native caused a stir on BiP when she arrived in week three after Brendan, 31, had already established a relationship with Natasha Parker. Before filming began, Us reported that the commercial roofer was dating Pieper, but when Brendan arrived in Mexico, he told Natasha, 33, that things between the duo were never serious.

When Pieper arrived, however, she offered a different interpretation of their relationship, telling Natasha that they had hung out more often than Brendan claimed. After other BiP contestants accused the duo of planning to reunite on the show, they decided to leave Mexico shortly after Pieper’s arrival on the beach.

Last month, Pieper confirmed that she and the Bachelorette alum are still dating, though they’ve kept their relationship a bit quieter than the other BiP couples who stayed together after the show.

“The reason we didn’t choose to go public like everybody else in the show [after the finale aired] was just because, obviously, our experience was a little bit different,” she explained during an October episode of the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast. “We tainted our own experience in that way, so we are kind of working on ourselves and each other and we’re focusing on being a couple before taking that public because this isn’t an easy thing to go through.”

Chelsea, for her part, is enjoying seeing Michelle Young, another Bachelor season 25 veteran, search for love on season 18 of The Bachelorette, airing now. “She’s unbelievably elegant, and — dare I say — the best Bachelorette that’s ever been on TV,” Chelsea told Us. “She’s amazing.”

The Bachelorette airs on ABC Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.

The piano man is back! Billy Joel made his triumphant return to New York City’s Madison Square Garden after the pandemic forced him to cancel his 2020 tour — and he’s in amazing shape.

The “Uptown Girl” singer, 72, showed off his 50-pound weight loss during his show on Friday, November 5, at the arena where he’s had a concert residency since 2014. The performance marked his first appearance at the storied venue since February 2020. He was slated to perform his 74th consecutive monthly show at MSG in March of that year, but the show was postponed because of the pandemic.

Last month, the Grammy winner told Howard Stern that the weight loss was an unexpected consequence of back surgery he underwent earlier this year. “The pain afterwards was so bad I lost my appetite,” he explained in October. “I embraced that. I said, ‘OK, I won’t eat as much,’ and I ate less and less and less and less, and then there was just life aggravation and that tends to, you know, impact your appetite too.”

The New York native admitted that he didn’t intend to lose the weight, but he was satisfied with the results all the same. “I had gotten kind of chunky,” he joked. “I was happy to lose the weight.”

Joel is presumably also getting some exercise at home with his young children, Della Rose, 6, and Remy Anne, 4, whom he shares with wife Alexis Roderick. He is also dad to Alexa Ray Joel, 35, whom he shares with ex-wife Christie Brinkley.

Earlier this year, the “Vienna” singer celebrated Della Rose’s birthday with a series of Instagram photos showing some of the family’s recent activities, including a trip to Hersheypark in Pennsylvania.

“On your birthday it reminds us of how grateful we are to have you in our lives,” he wrote in August. “You and your sister have been our quarantine entertainment. There are no other people we would want to be stuck with at home!!! We love you more every day and year.”

In addition to his three daughters, Joel told Stern, 67, that he also considers all of his songs to be his children — and he’s written more than 100.

“I think of my songs as my kids,” he explained. “I went through a pregnancy and a labor with these songs.” For that reason, he’s not yet willing to sell the rights to his publishing catalog.

“I remember how hard I worked on them,” he continued, “and I don’t necessarily want to give that permission away for how my kids are utilized.”

The Breakfast Club star, 59, has left the Disney+ series because of disagreements over the show’s vaccine requirement for cast and crew, according to a report from Deadline published on Friday, November 5. Like many shows currently filming in Hollywood, Game Changers has a policy that everyone within the Zone A group — actors and crew members who come into direct contact with them — must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Representatives for Disney and the actor did not immediately return Us Weekly‘s request for comment.

Estevez reprised his role as Coach Bombay in the first season of Game Changers, which premiered in March. Disney renewed the show for a second season in August. The New York native originally played the hockey coach in the 1992 movie The Mighty Ducks, later returning for sequels D2: The Mighty Ducks in 1994 and D3: The Mighty Ducks in 1996.

In addition to acting on Game Changers, Estevez also served as an executive producer on the series. Earlier this year, his costar Lauren Graham gushed about his vision for the show.

“He likes what this iteration of the franchise is and believes that some stories you can continue without diluting what was great about them from the beginning,” the Gilmore Girls alum, 54, told E! News in March. “He just has a really clear view of what his character would or wouldn’t do — of how to respect the original.”

In the series, Graham plays Alex Morrow, who begins coaching her son’s hockey team after he gets cut from the more selective Ducks. Not knowing much about hockey herself, Alex brings in Gordon to help her turn a team of underdogs into stars.

In addition to Estevez, the first season of Game Changers featured a few other familiar faces from the original Mighty Ducks trilogy: Elden Henson as Fulton, Matt Doherty as Averman, Vinny LaRusso as Adam Banks, Marguerite Moreau as Connie, Garret Henson as Guy and Justin Wong as Kenny Wu.

Kenan Thompson, who starred in D2, later said that he was supposed to make an appearance too, but the scheduling didn’t work out. He hasn’t ruled out a future episode, however.

“Hopefully, I can get my cameo thing going schedule-wise for this next one coming up or the next one coming up,” he told PopCulture.com in October. “I hope it stays on for a long time.”

Fox announced in November 2021 that a relaunch titled Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer will launch in 2022, though there’s a major new twist. Instead of competing for the love of one millionaire bachelor, 20 single women will vie for two different men, and only one of them will be worth “more than $10 million.”

The original Joe Millionaire debuted in January 2003 with Evan Marriott, then 28, in the title role. The Virginia native was a former underwear model who worked construction before he was tapped to star on the show, but contestants were told that he was the heir to a $50 million fortune. The lie about his wealth was supposed to help him determine which women were there for the right reasons and which ones just wanted his money.

Marriott would reveal his working-class status in the season finale, and if his winner still decided to pursue a relationship, they would share a $1 million prize. Zora Andrich, the last woman standing, ultimately did decide to stay with Marriott, but they later split.

The show returned for a second season titled The Next Joe Millionaire, which aired later in 2003. Because too many American women already knew the premise of the first season, producers had to go to Europe to find contestants to compete for David Smith, who pretended to be an oil tycoon worth $80 million.

Smith and his winner, Linda Kasdova, split up shortly after filming ended. Instead of splitting a prize, Kasdova won $250,000 and Smith received a 90-acre ranch in Texas.

The second season wasn’t nearly as popular as the first, which made Marriott an early star of reality TV. More than a decade after the series ended, the Hollywood Squares alum claimed that he didn’t really know what he was getting into when he signed up for the show.

“I thought I was doing something like Blind Date,” he told Vulture in September 2015. When he realized what the show’s real premise was, he said he told producers about his misgivings to no avail. “That was when they said, ‘We’ll give you 50 grand if you just go with the flow here and do what we say.’ So I said, ‘OK, fine.’”

“I got dressed, did a virtual panel with @thejaneclub, and sometimes that’s enough,” the Hills: New Beginnings star, 36, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, November 4. “Especially right now. I am trying my hardest to set boundaries, listen to my body, AND not feel guilty about it.”

One day earlier, the City alum announced that she is expecting her second child with husband Tim Rosenman, adding that she’s “stressed and overwhelmed” given her previous medical history. The couple, who wed in 2015, share son Sonny, 4.

“I’m currently seven weeks pregnant, which is supposed to be obviously really exciting, and it has been up until yesterday,” Port explained in a tearful YouTube video posted on Wednesday, November 3. “I have been going to the doctor and monitoring it because of my history with miscarriages. I’ve had two miscarriages and a chemical pregnancy. And everything was looking good up until yesterday.”

During a visit for a routine ultrasound, her doctor told her that “whatever was happening in there was not where it was supposed to be, given the week” that she’s currently at in her first trimester. The fashion designer said she still feels pregnant, but she’s still worried that “this is likely another unhealthy pregnancy.”

In her Instagram post on Thursday, Port said she was happy she’d shared her news with fans even though she’s nervous about the future.

“Thank you to everyone for the outpouring of support and love yesterday,” she wrote. “It felt weird to talk about my pregnancy so early, but it didn’t feel right to hold it in. Now we can REALLY go through this process together with no secrets, no hiding, just truths.”

She also thanked followers who reached out to her with stories of their own pregnancies or fertility complications, noting that she’s “sending so much love and strength” their way. “No matter what happens with any of us, we are WHOLE human beings who deserve a lot of love and nothing to be ashamed of,” she concluded.

After welcoming Sonny in July 2017, Port suffered a miscarriage two years later. She suffered another pregnancy loss in January.

In May, the True Whit author told Us Weekly exclusively that she and Rosenman, 44, weren’t yet considering adoption.

“We’ll see how it goes,” she explained. “I’m trying to do this new thing where I don’t give answers about something that I don’t know the answer to yet … because then I’m feeling bad about myself [since] I don’t know the answer. So, like, yes, adoption, I’m 100 percent open to it. But I’m not at that point yet.”

The notorious zookeeper will return to Netflix for a sequel to the 2020 docuseries Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness, which debuted right as many viewers were settling in for weeks or months of coronavirus lockdowns. The show was an instant hit, spawning an additional documentary and multiple scripted series about Exotic (real name Joe Schreibvogel) and his cohorts.

The first series followed the Kansas native in his domain at the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park in Oklahoma, where he bred tigers and displayed other big cats including lions and pumas. It also documented his vendetta against Baskin, a Florida-based activist who had been trying to have Exotic’s park shut down.

Exotic didn’t take the situation lying down, but his solution to the problem was what landed him in custody: he hired someone to murder her and got caught. In January 2020, he was sentenced to 22 years in prison for two counts of murder-for-hire as well as eight counts of falsifying wildlife records and nine counts of violating the Endangered Species Act.

The Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park, meanwhile, no longer exists. Jeff Lowe bought the attraction from Exotic in 2016, but in May 2020, a federal judge transferred ownership to Baskin as part of a judgment she’d already won against him. One year later, the Big Cat Rescue CEO sold the property, on the condition that the new owners never referenced or repeated Exotic’s actions.

“When we sold the property in June [2021], we required that it never be used as a zoo, or for anything related to Tiger King or anything like that,” Baskin told Yahoo Entertainment in August. Her husband, Howard Baskin, added, “If it became an RV park or storage unit, we don’t want it named the Tiger King RV Park. We would like the 20 years of mistreatment of animals there to be forgotten and be history.”

Despite the fact that Exotic is incarcerated and the zoo is permanently closed, Netflix has promised that Tiger King 2 will feature the “madness and mayhem” that audiences loved the first time around. “Thought you knew the whole story?” the streaming platform teased in a press release. “Just you wait.”

“One of the first things Kim did was to get her family and friends’ advice, and they all encouraged her to go for it,” the insider says of the Skims founder, 41, and the Saturday Night Live star, 27. “It’s been very obvious for a while now that she’s been missing some fun and laughter in her life, and of course Pete offers that in abundance.”

The KKW Beauty mogul and the comedian were first spotted together in October when they joined Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker for a group outing to Knott’s Berry Farm just before Halloween. Just days later, they had dinner together two nights in a row — first in Davidson’s native Staten Island, and then in Manhattan with friends.

Though the Selfish author is enjoying spending time with someone as “witty and laid back” as the Suicide Squad star, the source adds that her friends have reminded her to take it slow.

“People are happy for Kim, but at the same time they’re urging her not to get too carried away or ahead of herself,” the singer explains. “Pete has this heartbreaker reputation for a reason, and while his intentions might be honorable, there’s a slight fear that Kim could be setting herself up for a vulnerable situation.”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum is still settling the details of her divorce from Kanye West after their February split. The estranged duo share North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, and they both have previously requested joint legal and physical custody.

Though Kim seems to be moving on, the 44-year-old rapper recently said he wants to give their marriage another shot. “SNL making my wife say ‘I divorced him’ on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off and I never have seen the papers. We’re not even divorced,” he said on Friday, November 5, referring to Kim’s October hosting gig on the show. “[It’s] no joke to me, my kids want their parents to stay together. I want their parents — I want us to be together.”

Us confirmed in February that the reality star filed for divorce after six years of marriage to the Grammy winner. Last month, she paid the Yeezy designer $23 million for his share of the Hidden Hills, California, estate they shared before their split.

Amid the ongoing drama of the divorce, Kim’s friends are happy that Davidson can offer her a welcome distraction.

“It’s so refreshing for Kim to be dating someone who’s almost the total opposite of her previous relationships,” the insider tells Us. “Pete’s just chill and doesn’t sweat the small stuff at all, which Kim finds really sexy.”

The Skims founder and the Saturday Night Live star first turned heads when they were photographed holding hands on a roller-coaster ride at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California, shortly before Halloween. The pair visited the theme park with other people, including Kourtney Kardashian and her fiancé, Travis Barker, but their cozy moment still made headlines.

“Kim and Pete seemed like good friends,” an eyewitness told Us Weekly at the time, adding that several security guards accompanied the group on the trip. “Kim seemed very chill. It did seem like she was trying to hide.”

The pairing came as a surprise to fans of both the comedian and the KKW Beauty mogul, but they do share many friends and acquaintances in common. Davidson is BFFs with Machine Gun Kelly, who is close to Barker, and Kelly’s girlfriend, Megan Fox, is friendly with Kourtney. (The latter duo teamed up for a racy Skims ad campaign in September 2021.)

Until she was spotted with Davidson, Kim hadn’t been publicly linked to anyone since she announced her split from West. In June 2021, a source told Us that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum wasn’t yet ready to put herself out there again.

“She’s not focused on dating at the moment but actually worries that guys will not want to date her because of how public her relationship was with Kanye,” the insider explained at the time. “She also knows how hard it is to build trust with someone so she thinks it’s going to take time before letting someone into her private life.”

The King of Staten Island actor, for his part, called it quits with Phoebe Dynevor in August 2021 after five months of dating. “The distance put a strain on the relationship and it made it hard to maintain,” a source told Us of the split. Does Joe Goldberg know Rory Gilmore? Fans of the Netflix series You discovered that the show has a surprising connection to Gilmore Girls.

Viewers of the hit Penn Badgley show have noticed that Love’s bakery, A Fresh Tart, looks very similar to Luke’s Diner, as depicted on the WB/CW show from 2000 to 2007. The exteriors both feature the same bay windows on either side of the doors, and the interiors appear to be the same as well.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean that the two shows exist in the same cinematic universe, as fun it would be to see Love (Victoria Pedretti) interact with Lorelai (Lauren Graham).

Though Gilmore Girls was set in the fictional town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut, it was filmed at the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, California — the same place where season 3 of You was filmed, with the lot standing in for the also fictional town of Madre Linda.

As You fans know, Madre Linda may look like a typical suburban town in Northern California, but its residents are keeping plenty of secrets.

“Madre Linda is a character in and of itself,” Shalita Grant, who plays mommy blogger Sherry, told Vulture last month. “It’s what’s great about the series, that the locations are characters too. And what we learn about Madre Linda is at the end of the day, the members of that enclave will metabolize anything and become successful.”

That includes Love, who founded A Fresh Tart in the space she rented after murdering her real estate agent, Natalie (Michaela McManus), in its basement. Later in the season, when Kiki (Shannon Chan-Kent) and her husband found a poison-detecting app, they decide to name their baby, Toxi, after their new creation.

Based on the season 3 finale, Joe (Badgley) won’t be returning to Madre Linda in season 4, having relocated to Paris in search of Marienne (Tati Gabrielle). This does, however, present an opportunity for him to cross paths with another popular Netflix character: Emily Cooper of Emily in Paris.

Season 2 of the Lily Collins series is set to premiere on December 22, so it seems unlikely that Joe could already have made his way into her orbit, but that hasn’t stopped fans from dreaming about a crossover episode.

“Please tell me that joe goldberg is gonna get a cameo on emily in paris i’m BEGGING,” tweeted one fan who noted the potential connection between the two shows. “If Netflix was smart they would give the people what they want by having the craziest crossover between You and Emily in Paris,” added another. “Joe Goldberg obsessing over and killing Emily in Paris would be sooo good.”

A familiar face? Andy Cohen hasn’t revealed too much about The Real Housewives of Dubai, but there’s one potential cast member he hasn’t ruled out: Lindsay Lohan.

Since the new addition to the Bravo franchise was announced on Monday, November 1, fans have gone wild with predictions about who might end up on the show. One possible candidate is the Mean Girls actress, 35, who has been living in the United Arab Emirates city since 2014.

No further details about the upcoming series have been announced, but during a Wednesday, November 3, appearance on The Talk, the 53-year-old Bravo boss didn’t deny that Lohan might make a good addition to the cast.

“Lindsay Lohan lives in Dubai — a Real Housewife potential, maybe Andy?” asked cohost Jerry O’Connell during the episode. “Let me tell you something,” Cohen replied. “It’s a good idea, Jerry.”

The Superficial author added that producers have already decided on the cast, which will be announced at a later date. “It’s a billionaire’s playground,” the Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host said of Dubai. “[The cast is] a group of friends. It’s great. … I’m very excited, though, because as you say, it is like Vegas on steroids and the wealth there, I think, makes it something that people are going to be very curious about from the get-go.”

According to a press release from Bravo, The Real Housewives of Dubai is set to premiere sometime in 2022. The show will be the 11th entry in the Housewives franchise and the first international iteration of the series.

“Everything’s bigger in Dubai, and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international Housewives series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an outstanding group of friends as our guides,” Cohen said in a statement on Monday.

Though the cast is still a secret, fan theorists have pointed to Caroline Stanbury as a potential star. The Ladies of London alum, 45, has a home in Dubai, and several other Bravo personalities tagged her on Instagram after the news was announced.

“Go @carolinestanbury so happy for [you] my friend. #breakaleg 👏👏👏,” wrote Patti Stanger, former star of The Millionaire Matchmaker. “YESSSS @carolinestanbury 🙌💓,” added Juliet Angus, who appeared on Ladies of London with Stanbury.

Cohen, for his part, has not confirmed the U.K. native’s involvement with the show. “I can’t say a word, but it’s a great cast and it’s diverse and interesting,” he said on Tuesday, November 2, during a New York City event promoting his new book, Glitter Every Day: 365 Quotes from Women I Love. “[It’s] Americans and non-Americans and expats and not.”

“They’re not allowed to watch that show yet,” the former NFL player, 41, told Us Weekly exclusively of Gossip Girl while promoting his new partnership with Tostitos on Wednesday, November 3. “I’m like, ‘No, that is not your Uncle Chace. That is somebody else!”

The San Diego native is married to Candice Crawford, who is the younger sister of the Boys star, 36. Romo and the former Miss USA contestant, 34, share sons Hawkins, 9, Rivers, 7, and Jones, 4.

Even if the former quarterback did offer his boys the chance to catch “Uncle Chace” as Nate Archibald, he suspects they would zone out as soon as a “romantic scene” happened. During a recent viewing of Guardians of the Galaxy, Hawkins was less than pleased when two characters shared an intimate moment.

“We’re watching it, and all of a sudden, someone starts to kiss,” Romo recalled. “He goes, ‘Romance, yuck! Fast forward.’ … Now his little brothers are saying, ‘Romance, fast forward.'”

One thing the boys do care about is football, though they’re not quite ready to appreciate the finer points of the game.

“They’re interested in tackling each other a lot, so whatever form that is, they’re interested,” the former Dallas Cowboy joked, adding that he’s waiting until they’re “a little bit older” to officially enroll them in the sport.

“Personally, I know I’m going to get a lot of pressure from the boys,” Romo explained. “They’re going to want to do it at a very young age. … It’s like, ‘You’re 9 and 7.’ So, we’re going to wait a little bit.”

For now, they’ll have to settle for watching games at home, even if they’re not super interested in hearing their dad’s professional-level commentary.

“I’ll be like, ‘But I want to show you, this is going to happen right here,'” the CBS analyst told Us. “They just aren’t wanting to know it at that level. … They’re like, ‘Don’t rewind it! We want to watch the next play live.'”
